OK, im posting this here for ppl who's kinda lost without parkour or wanna learn it for real
let's just say that to start training parkour mindset is a bit different:
- parkour is not about speed, but about doing things without hurting yourself.
- it's not a list of movements but a way to move, still you must have a base to build upon.
- always stretch before and after training.
ready to start?
so keep reading
first thing you will start with is the precision jump, either upwards or forwards.

well... you know how to jump, so you should know how to land without harming your back and knees

(this is basic, however you don't need to bend your knees over 90 degrees cause it's bad, so don't touch the ground with your hands unless you fell from a very very high place and didn't roll)

(this is for landing and going forward, which is kinda advanced)
the 90 degrees stuff is explained in this video

Rolling
if you are dumb enough to jump from a high place this is a MUST.
actually this is MUST for everyone, you need to know how to keep safe in emergencys (also if you get your foot stuck while you are walking, instead of falling to dog position you will be able to roll and keep walking (it is fun anyways))

try not to touch your knee on the gound like he does
it will hit your knee very hard if you roll faster and it will hurt!
so put your knee a little higher and turn your foot a little clockwise
these are the basics, don't expect me to tell you to jump from a building in the first lesson
try it out for a month
jump, land, roll
and body conditioning is a must, running a lot as most of the time you will be in a flat ground without any obstacle.
if you are under 13 years old, then you should play tag and catch with your friends and run a lot, like 5km in the morning, but that's all the conditioning you can do cause you are still growing.
