Special talents: Very quiet, and stealthful, and is a great fighter, adn obviously a great athlete.
Disadvantages: Slightly slower than the average runner, the scars on his cheeks did more than marr his face, they also did some internal damage that affects the vision in his left eye. His vision in his left eye is very blurry, and hurts when he reads.
Attitude: Jacob's seen a lot when he was a kid, like most runners have. His experiances have left him with a pessemistic view of life and a relatively dark sense of humor. When given a task, he ensures that it will be complete. No matter the cost.
Bio: When Jacob was a kid, he admired the runners, and wanted to be one. His parents refused, saying it was too dangerous, but they supported the runners too. During the November riots, Jacob's parents were beaten to death by cops before his eyes, leaving him all alone in the world, and seeing the costs of war. He then spent his life on the streets, eating table craps from resturaunts and stealing necessities from stores. He got into many fights with other homeless children, he was severely injured in a fight against the leader of a small gang of homeless kids. There was, however, a small group of kids around his age that he had encountered. They watched after each other like the family he had lost, and was soon welcomed into their group. He met a girl named Linda when he was 15 and the two had grown very fond of each other. Eventually, Jacob decided to leave the group, thinking that there was something out there calling to him. He didn't want to survive anymore; he wanted to live. He promised his group that he'd return one day, however. On his journey, he encountered many enemies, one of them was a kid whom Jacob had badly injured years ago. He decided to return the favor. The two faught, but the the kid pulled out a blade and severely injured the left side of Jacob's face. Jacob won the battle, but at a great price. One day, he came across a runner base and stole from their food storage. After three days of no food, Jacob feasted like a king that day. His mistake was that he ate at the runner base, and got caught by three runners half way through his meal. He tried to escape by fighting through the runners, even breaking one's nose, but they soon overpowered him, and asked if he wanted to join them. They were a part of the New November, and they were a part of something Jacob hand wanted to join ever since he still lived with his parents. With great enthusiasm, Jacob accepted.
