Bio: When Sheena was a child, life for her was very difficult. She was forced on the streets and was forced to steal what little food she could get. Her mother died in child birth and her father abandoned her before she was born, leaving her alone in the wolrd. As the years went by, Callaghan was elected mayor, and all the scum in the city was cleaned out. She saw this change in government as a chance at a better life for her. She joined the CPF, going up in ranks relatively quickly. She was highly athletic and was able to keep up with a few runners when they were persuing them. She soon became a persuit cop as part of the "Project Icharus" movement, where she is one of the best agents in her branch...
