"Time to rest, guys. lights out." whispered Isaac as he climbed out of the 3rd floor window of the small, abandoned apartment/hotel. "They're still looking for us, so no lights, no noise, and no going outside- got it?"
"Why are you going out then?" asked roland. he was obviously worried. "You'll get arrested or worse for sure!"
"Prolly going into town to see about a new Hide Out or something" said max
"Yeah," said Isaac, "also gonna find some food, and see If the CPF presence is what it was. may see a friend about some stuff."
"When can we expect you back?" said Burke, " we don't want to mistake you for a CPF and ambush you"
"give me 3 days, If I'm not back by then, then I'm arrested or dead. likely the former as I love not dying" said Isaac impatiently "also, If said disaster happens: one of you go and pick up my pet monkey and cat, I cant bear not knowing what will happen to them."
Isaac dropped down from the window. he skirted along the wall of the alley until he heard police radios. he quickly wallscaled the right-side wall and jumped onto the roof of the left side shoe store. he would have to take the roofs from there. the buildings gradually got higher and the jumps got bigger as Isaac reached the city. it was dark out and police were everywhere looking for the NN. his first order of business was to go and find his cat and monkey. they were likely still at his friend jeffi's house; where he left them when he ran out of town.
jeffi's house was ransacked, and jeffi, long gone to jail. a small, crumpled piece of paper was on jeffi's coffee table. It said that the animals were in a cage on the roof. For once, Isaac took the elevator. at the top were Isaac's animals. he ran to them and hugged them both, instructing them to go to the new hide out (his monkey had a gifted sense of direction and the cat would follow.) but as soon as they left, who else came up the same elevator he was walking toward but a small CPF squad.
they immediately drew their guns and Isaac dove backwards, avoiding their bullets that whizzed over him. he jumped to the side as they fired again, determined to stay alive until they ran out of ammo. on the third jump he wasn't so lucky a bullet hit him in the right shoulder, making him stumble back. he tripped over an air vent, and fell off of the building.
now, a fall of of a 1 story building was nothing for Isaac, he didn't even need to roll, and he could take 2 floors with a bounce. 3 stories and he needed to roll and four was where he drew the line, where the landing began to hurt. the highest he'd fallen was 5 stories, and that left him with a sprained ankle, even with a perfect landing. this was a 9 story apartment building. when he landed (on his upper back) everything went black. ambulances came soon after.
<OOC> EVERYONE. I'm going to summer camp, and therefore will be gone for 7 days. I will be back for ever after. do not worry. this just means that NN will need to govern themselfs for 7 days while I'm gone.</OOC>
