I have noticed that particular members have been commenting on posts in actual threads. . . If you happen to be doing so I do request you go through and delete them. Not to be mean, but there are bad effects from this. . .

When someone comments, someone responds. The person then responds to the response and suddenly you're getting into a conversation, the thread is dead. To save our threads and our stories, please refrain from such posting, seeing as it is almost spam. Our total posts, for those of you who care for the large numbers, may well be up to %60 or even %75 of just comments, this is guessing that each thread has a comment for each post with one according response.


I thank for your cooperation and hope you do try to refrain from this.

i know that "particular members" is me, and iv already talked with John bout this. I think its fair to say, that we should just use Cbox for commenting, cause a thread is often just a post, and a lot of comments. so I agree, and now ill delete my comments.

wanna add something: this only aplies to roleplaying threads right? so on the whole general board its still allowed to comment on whats said... else replies wont be used on general

looking through threads this is still an annoucement... how about I add it to the rules and then unannounce it? generally 4 anouncements is quite a lot
