the text in english (which I couldn't add as subtitles yet) is:

<Rolling practical class/
/with Spark and Scrat>
[Scrat]
Good night everyone, I'm- my name is Scrat and this is Spark and we are part of the Stay Alive Le Parkour.
Tonight you will have a practical class on how to roll.
Please, Spark.
Well... rolling principle.
The idea of you to roll is to absorb the fall.
Or, let's say... uhh... avoid impact. yeah, absorb the fall, that's the idea.
[Scrat] Avoid injuries too
[Spark] Avoid injuries! when you are too fast you have to roll, or else you end up smashing yourself.
That's it, it's simple: Roll or pain.
So, the beggining of the roll. For you to start we will start with the knee on the ground, but it's very important that you don't put the knee on the ground when it's time to roll. If you put your knee on the ground, it will hurt.
Well, this leg here <audio failure begin> will always be pointing the way <audio failure end> you will roll.
So despite I'm facing that (*points*) way, I will always roll that (*points again*) way.
What's the Idea: it must not touch any of the spine bones. If it catches any of the spine bones, just like kung-fu rolls which are frontal, it will hurt a lot!
So, what you gotta do: the rolling will start here (*points*)
-Assistant please-
It starts here (*Scrat points*)
and ends here (*points* and Scrat... What the ****?)
(*old man starts to talk about astrophysics, chemical engineering, quantum physics, time travel (not kidding) and there goes the video... then by some miracle he shuts up and we can continue*)
[spark]
ok, continuing (*Scrat has something on his eye, not in his nose*)
Rolling principle, you will roll that way so you need the other knee pointing 90 degrees from your leg.
You will base on this hand diving this way, and this one is optional, you can use it or not, but I recomend on the beggining to always use this hand.
The roll will go the leg direction so you will have to push this foot over here (*slaps foot*), that way.
This leg over here will set the starting height you will stay from the ground, if you stretch it too much you will fall on your back, and if you don't strech it enough you will hit the ground with this part of the shoulder (*places hand on*)
... which is not advisable.
So the rolling... I will try to do it slowly.
You will push the back leg, push the forward leg, land on shoulder and end up sideways, this direction. (*rolls in natural slow-motion*) Always this direction.
In the end you will stand on your feet.
ok, I'm gonna do it faster, without crouching down this time.
You will place this foot forward (car horn) and (car horn) will (car horn) throw (car horn) yourself (car horn) to (car horn) the (car horn) ground, (car horn) so...
(*rolls again, faster*)
(*3 diving rolls and my friend's mother laugh in the end*)
