Name: Axelle Ceres
Age: 24
Team: Unknown
Skills:
+Weapons: Axelle can use knives, guns, her fists, even poles as a weapon. She was well trained in fighting since
childhood.
+Smart: Like all runners, Axelle is smart. She can keep calm under stress and use her head to get out of sticky situations.
+Good Liar: Axelle can easily lie and hide secrets, even under threat of torture.
Weaknesses:
-Hemoptysis: Axelle has hemoptysis caused by past trauma, meaning she occasionally coughs up blood. Furthermore, she
refuses to tell anyone about this so she has had no treatment for it.
-Slow: Though not actually slow per se, Axelle is a little slow for a runner and will hesitate to jump long gaps or take a risky fall.
-Technologically Incompetent: Axelle is not a computer genius, and only knows a few basic computer skills. She relies on her fellow runners to help her with the tech expertise.
Axelle was born to a normal, middle-class family. Her early life was sheltered and normal, nothing unusual ever happened to her. She attended school just as any other child would, but unbeknownst to her at the time, there was something unusual going on. Her parents thought it important that she knew how to protect herself and taught her themselves how to handle a pistol, knives, and basic hand to hand combat. Both being cops, this wasn't difficult for them, but especially when she got older and started becoming independent, they became paranoid. Their paranoia fed by the anti-runner campaign, they soon became overbearing, scaring Axelle more than a little. When she turned sixteen, Axelle went through a rebellious stage, finally fed up with her parents. She left home, cutting off all contact with her parents, but was soon easily tracked down by a group of runners. She learned that her parents' paranoia had not been misplaced and that her parents were actually double agents working for the runners and feeding them information but pretending to work as city officials. Now that she knew this, however, Axelle was not allowed to return home. At first she didn't understand why, but eventually she learned the truth. Her parents had been discovered and killed not long after she left.
So she took the only path available to her and became a runner. Her combat training was useful in a pinch, but she had yet to learn the skills she really needed to be a runner. She did learn, but was never as fast as the others, even though she was fairly small. She was never one of the best, and never really got into much trouble, or if she did, she used the one unique skill that she had: fighting.
After years of running for the NN, she was captured by the NCO and given a choice. Run for the NCO or be a captive. Naturally, she took the former. She has been running for the NCO for nearly two years now, and is still looked down upon by many of the other members because of her former affiliation with the NN.
