Dion was beginning to wonder if he should quit freelancing.
The main reason was, that because of the enormous surveillance of the city, there wasn't a lot of bounty-hunter jobs.
The good thing about freelancing was the freedom: He got a job, and he got time to plan it, and didn't have to report to anyone. Also he could just decline a job if he didn't have time, or for other reasons didn't want to do it.
Dion had good contacts in both the CPF and NN and NCO. One of the big differences between those 3 was the CPF: They already have snipers, but they were paid (Though Dion was already quite wealthy from various jobs as freelancer) Also they had specific work times, and he wasn't sure he wanted that.
The NN had a little problem: they were wanted. Joining them would mean he became wanted as well, at least if he was associated as a NN
At the NCO the problem was that Douglass had cut contact for some reason. Actually Dion was loosing contact with the NCO at the time, and he believed they were loosing their once firm grip on the city...
Dion's decision was: He would try to talk to the Head Trackers of both the NN and NCO, and hear what opportunities they would give him if he joined them... if non of them could convince him he should join them after 3 days, Head join the CPF in stead.
[OOC](other characters than head trackers can also contact Dion... for story line Dion visits the respective bases)[/OOC]

Burke waited anxiously where she was supposed to meet Dion, a freelancer looking for a job. He arrived quite quickly. "Dion, I assume. I'm sorry you couldn't meet with our head tracker, he is away. You may have heard our base was destroyed, and we could really use your help." She tried not to sound too desperate, even though they really were. Hopefully the last of her confidence would be enough to convince him.

"Whell I know you aint the head tracker, but can you tell me a bit bout how it is being a NN? How does the everyday look like? And are you sure I can be with you when im not as... whell mobile as you are. Is there space for me to keep my weapons? How does peope act together? What kind of help would you need me for?" Dion said to Burke. He wasnt much convinced by the helping people, though he did know it was all true: The NN had problems now their old base was destroyed. And he had heard Isaac was in the hospital.

Burke swallowed, she had to give a reason? "Lately every day had been going well, it's just James left us and it kind of went haywire. Actually, it sort of started when our best runner was hospitalized... She's still there. As of now, keeping your weapons won't be a problem, and the help we need is keeping together. Defensive, mostly. We need to find a new hideout before we can get too active. And we need Isaac."
