Jacob fidgeted with a pen as he anxiously waited for his instructor to arrive. He'd been a runner for nearly three months now, and it was time to start some real training. "This is all pointless..." Jacob mumbled to himself. He was a capable runner, ready to take on any case. Why did they think he needed any more training. Take it easy, kid. You don't become a runner in a day or two. That was one of the first things Dion said to him. "I know about that..." Jacob said as he tossed the pen up with his left hand and caught it between his right ring and pinky fingers. "There's so much more I can do."
Jacob had a habit of talking to himself when he was in deep thought. He guessed that the reason he had to go through the extra training was because of his handicap. His left eye had little to no vision, and ached when he read. That's a serious issue for a runner, but he knew how to deal with it. Jacob was tired of waiting around, so he decided to do some stretches and push ups, preparing himself for the tasks to come. Just as he finished his third set of push ups, the door behind him opened. It was time for his extra training to begin...

OOC: You do know what problem one-eye vission gives right?: When you can see with one eye only you cannot estimate distances that easy. THATS a serious problem when your a runner I guess...

OOC: I know, but hey. The Anti Hero Daredevil's completely blind, but he's capable of the same things a runner can do.
