Dion (to douglass):One of my freinds in the NN think he might want to join the NCO. His name is James, and he belive the NN is doing a terribel mistake going against the serrial killer. So heres the deal: you can eiter accept him, and agree to pick him up at a secret location, or let him stay in the NN and spy on them. in either cases its a big gain for you: hes a good runner, and iv never seen a person run and shoot that good at the same time. He doesnt need training, and he has his own weapon. So what do you say? A new runner, or a spy?
