Complications:
- Lightweight Chia is not a large person, and her constitution matches. Her immune system is not that great, and she is the first to catch a disease. Alcohol has a larger effect on her, than on most people due to her low body-mass. Poisions would as well be dangerous in smaller quantities to Chia than to avrage Joe.
- Ego Signature more related to "Spectral" than to Chia herself, as Spectral, Chia always leaves a Identifying clue. When Spectral did something, Spectral puts its name on it. But since Spectral is such a known name on the net, impostures often do the same, so the name doesnt have to mean its the real deal.
- Memorable Even though Chia is not easily picked out in a crowd, her voice is very unique, and once you have heard her speak once, you would be able to identify her in a lot of noise. That is if you get her to speak. She doesn't say much, unless asked. She could try to take initiative in conversation, if it could help her stay anonymous.
- Not a runner Chia is agile, but she is not a runner. She hasn't learned to traverse the urban terrain nearly as fast as any runner. Most regular cops would be able to catch her, and there is no way she could outrun a Pursuit cop.
Apperance: Chia's apperance is not very noticable. She has black short hair and brown eyes, and most likely she wears everyday clothes and shoes. Story: Chia grew up in Japan, lone child with a mom and a dad. Her father was a software developer, and already as little girl Chia said she wanted to work with computers like him. Her parrents never thought it would remain that way, but Chia was very interested in computers, and kept this interest. She wanted to learn programming, and her father teached her. She quickly picked up what he was teaching, and in no time at all she was at same level as him. She spend most of her free time on computers, and learned more programming. On the net she got into a lot of hacker fora and such, and used the alias "Spectral". Through such fora and online freinds from such places she picked up hacking. In the begining simply bypassing short passwords via programs she wrote herself, but as she became better she wanted to learn more, and do more. As 18 year old she joined a group of the most skilled hackers, who wanted to acess the pentagon in america. Millions of people and hacker groups world wide tries to achive this, but Chia and her freinds should be the first to sucseed. Of course they didn't go unpunished for this, and they all got arrested. But Chia and the others where later contacted by the pentagon. The security whole they had used to access the pentagon needed to be closed, and this group was the only ones to know of its existance, and how to prevent future hacking the same way. So they where offered to work for the pentagon, in exchange for their freedom. Of course officially they would still be in prison. Chia accepted the offer, along with a few of the others, and she worked for the pentagon in developing security, and other computer and programming related stuff. After only two years cause of her cunning expertise she was told she could leave her job and continue with her life. She told that she wanted to officially stay in prison, and as such not exist anymore. She was allowed to do this after another half year of work at the pentagon, then she packed her bag and moved. She didnt exist, but Spectral began to reappear on the grid. She told nobodey about anything, though the rumors of this legendary hacker spread widely.
Spectral still hacked, but being the top most famous and infamous hacker in the world, her expertise is not cheap. If you access the internet she can access you. But noboedy can catch her.
