Story:
Jason grew up in Old Town, a place with shabby streets and self run ghettos. Jason always wanted to be a runner, he hated the New City and was against the CPF and the goverment because they were so strict. One day he walked into the toilets at Hoagy's Bar and saw that someone had removed the air vent cover. He crawled in and got onto the roof. And then he saw him, a runner. Jason tried to follow him but then he accidently hit an electric fence and fainted. When he woke up he was in a dark room with a computer and a bunch of pizza boxes. The runner he saw earlier was standing right in front of him. They became good freinds and Jason got trained as a runner, now he is delivering bags all over the city (not the important ones).

Advantages: He's very fast, and he is good at hiding himself from the CPF's and PK's.
