Story: Bryan comes from The Old City. His parents founded Silvine Security Systems when The City was built, he followed their footsteps and worked with them. He learned a lot about computer and security systems and became an hacker, but when he discovered the real plans of the SSS, a project called "ThirdEye" he didn't accepted, he stole a lot of data from SSS and he fled. He didn't know where to go, often he went to Hoagy to connect to a PC and liaise with someone. It was here that he met Chia.
Both worked together for a period of time to find out how to attack the SSS from the network. Bryan learned much from her. But then Chia decides to leave this project to attack the Pentagon and their paths diverged.
Bryan wanted to find other allies because he would never have been able to attack the SSS alone and he never liked how Libertas operated.
Shortly after he learned that a new revolutionary group was formed.
Runners.
Bryan allied with them and was welcomed at Drake's home, at who had entrusted the stolen data of the SSS for work together.
Drake and Bryan worked on a top secret project nicknamed "88.7", but then Drake get arrested by CPF the same day as Merc died and Faith was gone.
Now Bryan is alone again, or not?
A new group of riots was founded, led by Isaac Preston, New November.
New runners will continue to help him in his project and he will help them too, for freedom.
