After Faiths death he wanted to join the NCO, since he ment the NN was about to fail. He pulled on an old contract with Dion. (James had helped Dion long time ago, and owe James a favor) But when he talked with douglass he was told they could not use him in the NCO. James got mad, and paid Dion to help him get a job in the CPF. James then sold his SigSaur, bought a taser, and joined the pursiute cops.
