Hailing from London, England, Justin Fox is a man with a backstory. Fresh out of university, the world was his oyster. But just a few years later everything had changed. Arriving in the city to serve in the CPF, he appeared to be on the fast track to the top until the machinations of Travis 'Ropeburn' Burfield led to a 'conflict of interests'. Political dealings ensued and Justin was cast out as a political dissident. Vowing revenge on Ropeburn, Justin was branded a criminal when he was found to have worked with Runner groups across the city in his vendetta to thwart the system whenever possible. With the death of Ropeburn his quest is but part over, for justice for himself and the rest of those beaten down is not yet achieved which means his work is not yet done and the runners will no doubt have plenty for him to do. Although not necessarily on best terms with the Runners due to his past, they must work together to thwart a common enemy.
