Scary Dream, awesome nightmare!

There I was crossing the street next to my old house, there was a pre-teen boy with a mafia look walking crossing the other street, he walked past me, then I had the brilliant idea to look behind me, there was the boy with a scary behaviour, when I looked forward to run he simply ran around me in the speed of my eye.
In front of me he pulled out a knife, he then tried to stab the knife on me, I stepped back in time, he said "you are slow", then he cut his own hand and showed me the blade with blood, the blade got very close to me, "you are too slow" he said, I then front kicked him, trying to avoid the blade, he got very close as if he was going to stab me and said "you are slower than usual", I looked to his face and saw myself younger! Then I jumped out of the bed scared as shit!

yeah skype is down...
no the boy said "você tá lento" and then "muito lento", then on the last part before I saw his face "mais lento que o normal"
and I heard a "tá" instead of an "está", so it was a very fluent portuguese XD his voice sounded familiar, but almost my brother's voice, however the face was definetivelly me but younger.
And I had no pinples and no marks on my face (I have 4 brown spots in a "South Cross" stellar formation)

my father said it's my body asking me to train everyday like I used to...
now I can only train once or twice a week...

edit: before I saw his face I had that feeling he was from my family, you know in dreams it's reverse, if you have a feeling or something it will happen! your 6th sense isn't a 6th sense like you knew something, if you feel it changes your dream so that become true, there are no surprises in a dream, except those possibilities you think and fear. it was fear of that guy being me that made me see his face, and seeing my face in third person is scary as shit.
