Ill make a list of high ranked caracters.
If un-taken they will be NPCs, but this list is to give some ideas of highly ranked people importaint for the storry

Please: if taken be active on forum since they are "importaint"

Serial-killer: Killed the mayor, the ultimate "bad guy"

"The highest rank in police force" (whatever that is) someone has to lead the policeforce

Head tracker: A primary tracker for the runners, someone coordinating the runners on the good side

Please write here if you want to take one from the list, so they arent multi-taken

Also importaint characters will be sticky, and the user will get moderator status for the board asosiated to him (NN, NCO or CPF)
